2. Products & Dietary Information

Swastik Food manufactures pure, natural food powders and agricultural products in Nepal (including Amla, Beetroot, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, and related dried goods).

• Not Medical Advice: Our products are traditional culinary ingredients and nutritional superfood powders. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any clinical disease. Please consult a licensed medical professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or undergoing specific clinical treatment.
• Natural Variation: Because our powders contain zero synthetic dyes, anti-caking additives, or preservatives, subtle batch-to-batch variations in natural color and aroma are typical indicators of genuine purity.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Guest Checkout

All prices displayed on swastikfood.com are stated in Nepalese Rupees (NPR / रु) and represent the complete price payable.

• Phone Verification Requirement: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a valid, reachable 10-digit Nepali mobile number. Swastik Food reserves the right to withhold dispatch for orders that cannot be confirmed via voice call.
• Server Price Integrity: All product totals, promotional discounts, and delivery fees are strictly computed on our servers. Attempts to alter client-side data will result in immediate rejection.

4. Returns & Replacements
